Follow the series of asanas which we follow in common yoga Protocol.
1. Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
Tadasana or Mountain Pose is one of the many poses of yoga that helps in the overall development of the body and certain body parts. It is the basic pose, which helps to learn the basic and the right way to stand hold and maintain balance. This is what makes Tadasana special, since the basic standing pose is the best to start practicing all other. It is a great foundation for many asanas which creates space in the spine allowing the body to work more efficiently and with more ease.
2. Vriksasana (Tree Pose)
It’s a standing balancing posture due which this is called tree, or versashna. It will strengthens thighs, calves, ankles, and spine, stretches the groins and inner thighs, chest and shoulders and also improves sense of balance, relieves sciatica and reduces flat feet. Take your right foot intently into the ground, and just come on to the tiptoes of your left foot, so you can feel the weight transfer from both to just one and you will take your left knee and over it, and you can grab onto it and then take the knee, open it like a gate. The best place would be to come to the shin bone or to the ankle. Avoid the knee joint in this pose, or pressing into the knee joint, so it's alright above the knee joint or below.
3. Padahastasana (Hand to Foot Forward Bend pose)
Yoga Padahastasana or Hand to Foot Forward Bend pose reduces fat in the abdominal (belly) region. Padahastasana yoga posture improves digestion and helps to remove constipation. Yoga forward bend pose also improves blood circulation in the spinal region, makes the spine supple and tones the spinal nerves. Padahastasana is a standing, inverted asana in which the hands are stretched down to grasp the feet. The pose stretches the entire back of the body from the head to the heels. International Yoga Day is a chance to highlight the role of physical activity, helping us to raise the awareness of its importance in helping us lead healthier and active lifestyles.
